We have an established client looking to hire talented Drupal Developers. The ideal developer will be able to write custom modules as well as work on the theming layer. Experience with scripting, XHTML, CSS, and JQuery or MooTools would be ideal. This person will have worked within a LAMP environment.

Pretty cool little Adobe Air App - Drupal 6 Theme Starter

I found this nifty little Adobe Air app at xtnd.us that makes rolling out a new theme.info file quicker. Haven't played with it much, but it's one more tool in the kit.
